In The Dark Park is an alternative/indie band from New Westminster in the Vancouver region of BC, Canada. Our sound blends melodic soundscapes, jazz fusion, synth-driven styles, grunge guitar, and layered harmonies. We take listeners on a journey through the emotional depth of nostalgia, experimentation, and the distinct Pacific Northwest perspective. Inspired by the 80s and 90s music that shaped our youth, we’re always exploring new ways to merge genres and ideas, creating unique and unexpected combinations. We don’t fit neatly into one genre—probably on purpose. Our sound is cinematic, atmospheric, and always evolving. Most of us like Blue Monday.
